In this case, the deceased had cirrhosis of the liver issues and blood cleanup and proper technicians were required to clean the apartment safely and thoroughly.  New York State and Erie County Health Departments agree of proper disposal of these types of situations.

At NCSC headquarters, our receptionist scheduled and dispatched a technician to the location where Diana and her family needed us.  The apartment was cleaned in a few hours and the apartment was restored to livable conditions.

Homeowners insurance in this case covered the cost for the family.  In this unattended death situation, the family had no out-of-pocket expenses and this came as a relief for the deceased’ surviving kin.
